Disappointed
in Ke$ha, she could have done so much better. Flawed! Except the make-up,
everything else is a thumbs "down".

Miley Cyrus rocking that dress AND the hair? OH yes! FAB.
I don't really know what to say. Katy Perry was on the top and now, she's hanging somewhere. Dislike the dress, like the shoes, make-up is okay. Fab or Flawed? I don't know.
